LeafWho is a web app that runs in your browser. This policy explains what happens to your data.
Your plants, photos you save, settings and quiz answers are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. We don't have accounts and we don't keep a copy on our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
When you identify a plant, the photo is sent to our server and passed to the Pl@ntNet identification service to find matching species. We don't store your photos on our servers after the request is complete. Pl@ntNet's own privacy terms apply to images it processes.
Plant names are sent to an AI model run by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to generate care summaries.
The app is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the service. Marketing links may carry tracking parameters (such as utm_source) that are stored on your device and passed to checkout.
If you subscribe, payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
